This policy explains how Luna Mobility SL processes the personal data you provide, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
We process only the data you provide through the contact form:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Organisation (optional field).
- The content of the message you send us.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Purpose
We use your data solely to handle your demo or contact request and reply to you. We do not use it to send you unsolicited commercial communications.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage any resulting relationship. Afterwards it is kept blocked for the applicable legal limitation periods and then deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
Form submissions are processed through Resend, an email delivery service acting as a data processor that delivers your message to our inbox. The site is hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure, which also acts as a processor. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to admin@lunamobility.es. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Browser storage (cookies)
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. It only stores your language preference in your browser's local storage (key “luna-lang”). This is technical storage necessary for the site to work; it requires no prior consent and cannot identify you.
